1. Welcome to HuntLine IQ

Welcome to HuntLine IQ.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HuntLine IQ mobile applications, website, software, services, intelligence products, and related features (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using HuntLine IQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Standards, Subscription Terms, and any additional policies that apply to specific features or services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use HuntLine IQ.

2. Our Mission

HuntLine IQ exists to help hunters make better-informed decisions through privacy-first hunting intelligence.

Our Platform is designed to transform anonymous, aggregated information into meaningful hunting intelligence while protecting individual hunting locations, private hunting activity, and user privacy.

Our goal is to help hunters benefit from community intelligence without requiring them to sacrifice the confidentiality of their own hunting experiences.

3. Eligibility

To use HuntLine IQ, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements applicable to your hunting activities.
  • The information you provide to HuntLine IQ is accurate and reasonably current.
  • You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

If you are using HuntLine IQ on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Your Relationship with HuntLine IQ

HuntLine IQ provides informational tools designed to assist hunters.

HuntLine IQ does not:

  • Guarantee hunting success.
  • Guarantee wildlife movement.
  • Guarantee harvest opportunities.
  • Replace your judgment.
  • Replace applicable hunting laws or regulations.
  • Provide legal, wildlife management, or professional advice.

You remain solely responsible for your hunting decisions, compliance with applicable laws, and safe use of the Platform.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.

You agree to:

  • Maintain accurate account information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Promptly notify HuntLine IQ if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • Accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

HuntLine IQ may require identity verification or additional security measures where reasonably necessary to protect users, subscriptions, or platform integrity.

6. Changes to These Terms

As HuntLine IQ evolves, we may update these Terms to reflect:

  • New platform features.
  • Changes in technology.
  • Changes in applicable law.
  • New products or services.
  • Security improvements.
  • Operational or business changes.

When material changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to notify users as appropriate under the circumstances and as required by applicable law.

Your continued use of HuntLine IQ after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are intended to establish clear expectations between HuntLine IQ and our users.

We strive to write our legal documents in plain English whenever practical because we believe trust begins with clarity and transparency.

7. Acceptable Use

HuntLine IQ is intended to support lawful, responsible, and ethical hunting through trustworthy intelligence and respectful participation.

By using HuntLine IQ, you agree to use the Platform in a manner that is consistent with these Terms, our Community Standards, applicable laws, and the rights of other users.

A. Lawful Use

You agree to use HuntLine IQ only for lawful purposes.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your hunting activities, wildlife observations, and use of the Platform comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and other laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and landowner permissions.

HuntLine IQ does not authorize or encourage unlawful hunting activity.

B. Respect for Others

You agree to interact with other users respectfully.

You may not use HuntLine IQ to:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others.
  • Impersonate another individual or organization.
  • Violate another person’s privacy.
  • Publish information intended to identify another user’s private hunting locations or activities.
  • Encourage or assist others in violating these Terms or applicable law.

C. Protecting Platform Integrity

You may not engage in conduct intended to manipulate or interfere with HuntLine IQ or its intelligence products.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Knowingly submitting false or misleading information.
  • Coordinating activity to manipulate intelligence products.
  • Creating fraudulent accounts.
  • Using automated systems or bots in an unauthorized manner.
  • Circumventing security features or platform safeguards.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer proprietary intelligence systems.
  • Scraping or harvesting Platform content without authorization.
  • Attempting to identify another user’s private hunting locations through analysis or misuse of Platform features.
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Platform.

These examples are illustrative and not exhaustive.

D. Responsible Content

You are responsible for the content you submit to HuntLine IQ.

You agree not to upload or publish content that:

  • Violates applicable law.
  • Infringes another person’s intellectual property rights.
  • Contains malicious software or harmful code.
  • Contains fraudulent or intentionally misleading information.
  • Violates our Community Standards.
  • Endangers the safety or privacy of others.

You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to upload any content you submit.

E. Platform Security

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to HuntLine IQ systems.
  • Interfere with platform security.
  • Test or exploit vulnerabilities without written authorization.
  • Circumvent authentication or access controls.
  • Disrupt services for other users.

Responsible security disclosures are welcomed in accordance with any Vulnerability Disclosure Policy HuntLine IQ may publish.

F. Compliance with Community Standards

Your use of HuntLine IQ is also governed by our Community Standards.

Violations of the Community Standards may also constitute violations of these Terms.

G. Enforcement

If HuntLine IQ reasonably believes that your use of the Platform violates these Terms, applicable law, or threatens the safety, privacy, integrity, or operation of the Platform, HuntLine IQ may take appropriate action, including:

  • Removing content.
  • Limiting platform features.
  • Excluding information from intelligence processing.
  • Suspending or terminating subscriptions.
  • Suspending or terminating accounts.
  • Restricting access to specific features.
  • Pursuing other remedies available under these Terms or applicable law.

Enforcement decisions are made at HuntLine IQ’s reasonable discretion and may consider the nature, severity, frequency, and impact of the conduct.

Our Commitment

HuntLine IQ was built to help hunters—not to create conflict, encourage abuse, or compromise privacy.

These rules exist to protect the integrity of the Platform, the privacy of our users, and the quality of the intelligence we provide.

By following these standards, every user helps make HuntLine IQ more valuable and more trustworthy for the entire hunting community.

HuntLine IQ Terms of Service

8. User Content, Platform Content & Intellectual Property

HuntLine IQ is built on a partnership between our users and our platform.

Users create valuable hunting information.

HuntLine IQ develops the technology, intelligence systems, software, and analytical tools that transform eligible information into useful hunting intelligence.

This section explains who owns what.

A. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit to HuntLine IQ (“User Content”).

User Content may include, for example:

  • Hunting Logs.
  • Wildlife observations.
  • Harvest Records.
  • Trail camera images.
  • Photographs.
  • Videos.
  • Notes.
  • Comments.
  • Profile information.
  • Other content you choose to submit.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your User Content to HuntLine IQ.

B. License You Grant HuntLine IQ

In order to operate the Platform, you grant HuntLine IQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, transmit, display (where you choose to share content), modify solely as reasonably necessary for technical operation, and otherwise use your User Content for purposes including:

  • Operating the Platform.
  • Providing requested services.
  • Synchronizing content across devices.
  • Creating backups.
  • Improving platform functionality.
  • Detecting fraud or abuse.
  • Supporting AI-assisted platform features.
  • Generating anonymous, aggregated intelligence products.
  • Complying with legal obligations.
  • Enforcing these Terms.

This license continues only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable services and fulfill legitimate legal and operational obligations, subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

C. What HuntLine IQ Owns

HuntLine IQ owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and its proprietary technology, including but not limited to:

  • Software.
  • Source code.
  • Databases.
  • User interface designs.
  • Graphics.
  • Logos.
  • Trademarks.
  • Hunt Forecast™.
  • Movement Trends.
  • Hunting Pressure intelligence.
  • Viewing Bands.
  • Confidence Frameworks.
  • Intelligence products.
  • AI systems.
  • Statistical models.
  • Algorithms.
  • Analytical methodologies.
  • Visualizations.
  • Reports.
  • Derived insights.
  • Platform documentation.
  • Other proprietary technologies and intellectual property.

These assets remain the exclusive property of HuntLine IQ or its licensors.

D. Derived Intelligence

HuntLine IQ may transform eligible information from numerous sources into anonymous, aggregated intelligence products.

These intelligence products are distinct from your individual User Content.

While you retain ownership of the User Content you create, HuntLine IQ owns the proprietary systems, analyses, models, visualizations, reports, and intelligence products generated through its technology and analytical processes.

Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership of HuntLine IQ’s proprietary intelligence systems or related intellectual property.

E. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, bug reports, or other feedback regarding HuntLine IQ, you grant HuntLine IQ the right to use that feedback without restriction or obligation to compensate you.

This helps us continue improving the Platform for all users.

F. Respecting Intellectual Property

You agree not to:

  • Copy proprietary portions of the Platform except as permitted by law.
  • Reverse engineer proprietary systems except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  • Use HuntLine IQ trademarks without authorization.
  • Reproduce or redistribute proprietary intelligence products in violation of these Terms.

G. Copyright Complaints

HuntLine IQ respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a manner that infringes your rights, you may submit a notice in accordance with our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

Our Commitment

We believe the relationship between HuntLine IQ and its users should be straightforward:

You own what you create.

You allow us to use it to operate and improve the Platform.

We own the technology, software, and proprietary intelligence systems we build.

We believe this approach fairly respects both the contributions of our users and the innovation required to build HuntLine IQ.

HuntLine IQ Terms of Service

9. Subscriptions, Purchases & Billing

Certain HuntLine IQ features require a paid subscription.

By purchasing or activating a subscription, you agree to the applicable Subscription Terms in addition to these Terms of Service.

A. Subscription Plans

HuntLine IQ may offer one or more subscription plans providing access to premium features.

Available plans, pricing, included features, and subscription durations may change over time.

Current subscription information will be made available through the Platform or HuntLineIQ.com.

B. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period until cancelled.

Renewals are generally processed through the applicable app store or payment provider.

You are responsible for managing your subscription through the payment method or platform used to purchase it.

Additional details regarding automatic renewal are provided in our Subscription Terms.

C. Billing

Payments may be processed by trusted third-party payment providers, including mobile app marketplaces.

HuntLine IQ does not control the billing policies, payment processing procedures, or refund processes of third-party payment providers except where required by applicable law.

Your purchase may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.

D. Subscription Features

Paid subscriptions provide access to designated premium features.

Subscription benefits may evolve as HuntLine IQ introduces new functionality, improves existing features, retires legacy features, or responds to legal, operational, or technical requirements.

Reasonable changes to subscription features do not necessarily entitle subscribers to refunds unless otherwise required by applicable law.

E. Price Changes

HuntLine IQ may modify subscription pricing for future subscription periods.

Where required by applicable law or the policies of the applicable payment provider, users will receive appropriate notice before pricing changes become effective.

Price changes generally do not affect subscription periods that have already been purchased.

F. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the payment method or platform used to purchase it.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable payment provider, cancellation generally prevents future renewals but does not automatically result in a refund for the current subscription period.

G. Suspension or Termination

HuntLine IQ may suspend or terminate subscription benefits when reasonably necessary to:

  • Enforce these Terms.
  • Protect platform integrity.
  • Investigate fraud or abuse.
  • Comply with applicable law.
  • Protect users or the Platform.

Suspension or termination of subscription benefits does not necessarily affect other legal rights or remedies available to HuntLine IQ.

H. Subscription Terms Control

In the event of a conflict between this section and the HuntLine IQ Subscription Terms regarding subscription-specific matters, the Subscription Terms will control to the extent of that conflict.

Our Commitment

We strive to make our subscription offerings clear, transparent, and easy to understand.

Our goal is to provide meaningful value through premium features while communicating pricing, renewals, cancellations, and billing practices in a straightforward and transparent manner.

10. Disclaimers, Assumption of Risk & User Responsibilities

HuntLine IQ is designed to provide information and decision-support tools for hunters.

While we strive to provide useful, reliable, and privacy-preserving intelligence, hunting remains an outdoor activity involving uncertainty, changing conditions, and inherent risks.

By using HuntLine IQ, you acknowledge and accept the responsibilities described in this section.

A. Informational Purposes Only

HuntLine IQ provides informational tools intended to assist hunters.

The Platform does not provide professional, legal, wildlife management, land management, safety, or other professional advice.

Information made available through HuntLine IQ should be considered one resource among many when making hunting decisions.

B. No Guarantee of Results

HuntLine IQ does not guarantee:

  • Wildlife presence.
  • Wildlife movement.
  • Harvest success.
  • Hunting opportunities.
  • Animal behavior.
  • Property access.
  • Weather conditions.
  • Accuracy of user-submitted information.
  • Future conditions.
  • Any specific hunting outcome.

Wildlife behavior is inherently unpredictable, and intelligence products represent informed analyses rather than guarantees.

C. User Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for:

  • Your hunting decisions.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Obtaining required licenses or permits.
  • Securing permission to access private property.
  • Firearm and archery safety.
  • Safe operation of vehicles, boats, ATVs, UTVs, and other equipment.
  • Monitoring weather and environmental conditions.
  • Exercising sound judgment before, during, and after every hunt.

Nothing within HuntLine IQ replaces your personal responsibility to make safe, lawful, and ethical decisions.

D. Assumption of Risk

Hunting, scouting, wildlife observation, outdoor recreation, and travel to and from hunting locations involve inherent risks that cannot be eliminated.

These risks may include, among others:

  • Uneven terrain.
  • Falling.
  • Severe weather.
  • Wildlife encounters.
  • Water hazards.
  • Tree stand incidents.
  • Firearm or archery accidents.
  • Vehicle accidents.
  • Remote locations.
  • Limited communications.
  • Other natural or man-made hazards.

By using HuntLine IQ in connection with these activities, you acknowledge these inherent risks and voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation.

E. User-Generated Content

HuntLine IQ relies in part on information submitted by users.

While we employ proprietary systems designed to improve quality, privacy, and platform integrity, we cannot guarantee that all user-submitted information is complete, accurate, current, or free from error.

Users should independently evaluate information before relying upon it.

F. Platform Availability

We strive to keep HuntLine IQ available and operating reliably.

However, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be:

  • Available.
  • Uninterrupted.
  • Error-free.
  • Compatible with every device.
  • Free from technical issues.
  • Free from delays.

Maintenance, updates, technical failures, internet disruptions, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

G. Third-Party Services

HuntLine IQ may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, payment providers, mapping services, cloud infrastructure, analytics providers, or other technologies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, or performance of third-party services that we do not control.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

H. No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HuntLine IQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, HuntLine IQ disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing, usage, or trade practice.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty that cannot legally be disclaimed under applicable law.

I. Our Commitment

Although we cannot guarantee outcomes, we are committed to continuously improving HuntLine IQ through responsible engineering, thoughtful product design, privacy-focused intelligence, and ongoing investment in platform quality.

Our goal is to provide hunters with information they can trust while making clear that every hunting decision ultimately remains the responsibility of the individual hunter.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this section limits the liability of HuntLine IQ and explains the allocation of risk between HuntLine IQ and its users.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, portions of this section may not apply to you.

A. Platform Provided as a Service

HuntLine IQ provides software, intelligence products, and informational services intended to assist hunters.

You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is voluntary and that you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and compliance with applicable laws.

B. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HuntLine IQ, its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

  • Your access to or use of the Platform.
  • Your inability to access or use the Platform.
  • User-generated content.
  • Intelligence products.
  • Wildlife movement or behavior.
  • Hunting outcomes.
  • Loss of hunting opportunities.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data.
  • Property damage.
  • Personal injury.
  • Death.
  • Any other losses arising from your use of, or reliance upon, the Platform.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, tort (including negligence where permitted), strict liability, or otherwise.

C. Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HuntLine IQ’s total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid directly to HuntLine IQ for the applicable subscription during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • One hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00).

This limitation applies collectively to all claims arising from the same or related events.

D. User Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • Hunting involves inherent risks.
  • Wildlife is unpredictable.
  • Outdoor conditions constantly change.
  • User-submitted information may contain errors.
  • Intelligence products represent analytical tools rather than guarantees.

You remain solely responsible for evaluating available information and making your own hunting, travel, safety, and property-access decisions.

E. Third-Party Services

HuntLine IQ is not responsible for the products, services, actions, omissions, availability, or policies of third parties, including payment processors, mapping providers, cloud service providers, internet providers, or other organizations not under HuntLine IQ’s control.

Your interactions with third parties are governed by the applicable agreements between you and those third parties.

F. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

HuntLine IQ shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Severe weather.
  • Wildfires.
  • Floods.
  • Power outages.
  • Internet disruptions.
  • Cyberattacks.
  • Labor disputes.
  • Government actions.
  • Armed conflicts.
  • Public health emergencies.
  • Failures of third-party infrastructure.
  • Other force majeure events.

G. Applicable Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If any portion of this section is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our Commitment

While these limitations are important to allocate legal risk fairly, they do not diminish our commitment to building a trustworthy platform.

Our goal is to earn your confidence by protecting your privacy, improving our intelligence systems, maintaining platform integrity, and continually enhancing HuntLine IQ.

These limitations exist to establish clear legal expectations—not to reduce our commitment to our users.

HuntLine IQ Terms of Service

12. Account Suspension & Termination

HuntLine IQ is committed to maintaining a trustworthy, privacy-focused, and respectful hunting community.

While we hope never to restrict a user’s access to the Platform, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect our users, the Platform, or our legal obligations.

A. Your Right to Stop Using HuntLine IQ

You may stop using HuntLine IQ at any time.

You may also request deletion of your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

Ending your use of the Platform does not automatically cancel any active subscription. Subscription cancellation must generally be completed through the payment method or platform used to purchase the subscription.

B. Suspension or Termination by HuntLine IQ

HuntLine IQ may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, temporarily or permanently, when we reasonably believe it is appropriate to:

  • Enforce these Terms.
  • Enforce our Community Standards.
  • Protect user privacy.
  • Protect platform integrity.
  • Investigate suspected fraud or abuse.
  • Protect the security of the Platform.
  • Comply with applicable law or legal process.
  • Protect HuntLine IQ, our users, or third parties from harm.
  • Address repeated or serious violations of our policies.

Depending on the circumstances, suspension or termination may occur with or without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

C. Effect of Suspension

During a suspension, HuntLine IQ may limit or disable access to some or all Platform features, including:

  • Account access.
  • Intelligence products.
  • Hunting Log functionality.
  • Subscription benefits.
  • Content publishing.
  • Community participation.
  • Other Platform features.

Temporary suspensions may be lifted following investigation or resolution of the underlying issue.

D. Effect of Termination

If your account is terminated:

  • Your right to access and use the Platform ends.
  • Your license to use HuntLine IQ terminates.
  • Subscription benefits may end in accordance with these Terms, the Subscription Terms, and applicable law.
  • Certain User Content may become inaccessible through your account.

Termination does not automatically require immediate deletion of information retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy, Data Retention & Deletion Policy, or applicable law.

E. Appeals

In appropriate circumstances, HuntLine IQ may provide users with an opportunity to request review of significant account actions.

The availability of an appeal process may depend on:

  • The nature of the violation.
  • Applicable law.
  • Security considerations.
  • Protection of users.
  • Protection of platform integrity.

HuntLine IQ retains final discretion regarding account enforcement decisions.

F. Survival

The following provisions, together with any other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive, remain in effect after your account is suspended, terminated, or otherwise closed:

  • Intellectual Property.
  • User Content License.
  • Payment obligations incurred before termination.
  • Disclaimers.
  • Limitation of Liability.
  • Indemnification.
  • Dispute Resolution.
  • Governing Law.
  • Privacy obligations.
  • Any other provisions reasonably intended to survive termination.

Our Commitment

Our goal is not to remove users—it is to build a trusted hunting community.

When enforcement is necessary, we strive to act fairly, consistently, and in a manner that protects user privacy, platform integrity, and the long-term value of HuntLine IQ for all hunters.

HuntLine IQ Terms of Service

13. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HuntLine IQ, its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Platform.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
  • Your infringement or misappropriation of another person’s intellectual property or other legal rights.
  • Your fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.
  • Your misuse of HuntLine IQ intelligence products or services.
  • Your interactions or disputes with other users.
  • Your negligence or intentional misconduct.

This obligation applies only to the extent the claim results from your own acts or omissions and does not apply to claims arising solely from HuntLine IQ’s own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of applicable law where such indemnification is prohibited.

A. Defense of Claims

HuntLine IQ reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

If we do so, you agree to reasonably cooperate with our defense of the matter.

Nothing in this section limits your obligation to indemnify HuntLine IQ as permitted by applicable law.

B. Cooperation

If a claim arises that may be subject to this section, you agree to provide reasonable cooperation, information, and assistance requested by HuntLine IQ to the extent reasonably necessary to investigate, defend, or resolve the matter.

C. No Waiver

HuntLine IQ’s decision not to immediately enforce its rights under this section does not waive those rights or prevent us from enforcing them later.

D. Applicability

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The following provisions govern how legal disputes relating to HuntLine IQ will be resolved.

A. Governing Law

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to HuntLine IQ, the Platform, or these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

B. Good Faith Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage users to contact HuntLine IQ so we can attempt to resolve concerns informally.

Many questions or disputes can be resolved more quickly through direct communication.

C. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be resolved through the courts or, if later adopted by HuntLine IQ and agreed to by the parties, through another lawful dispute resolution process.

Attorney Review Required: Prior to launch, HuntLine IQ will determine, with legal counsel, whether disputes should be resolved through litigation, arbitration, mediation, or another lawful dispute resolution process.

Any final dispute resolution provisions adopted by HuntLine IQ will be incorporated into these Terms before public release.

D. Venue

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or modified by a future dispute resolution agreement, legal proceedings relating to these Terms should be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Illinois.

E. Time to Bring Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to HuntLine IQ should be brought within the applicable statute of limitations established by law.

Nothing in this section shortens any limitations period that cannot legally be modified.

F. Injunctive Relief

Nothing in these Terms limits HuntLine IQ’s ability to seek temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive or equitable relief where reasonably necessary to:

  • Protect platform security.
  • Prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Prevent unauthorized access to proprietary systems.
  • Enforce rights that may not be adequately protected through monetary damages alone.

G. Attorneys’ Fees

Where permitted by applicable law, a court or other authorized decision-maker may award reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs to the prevailing party when authorized by law or contract.

Nothing in this section creates rights that are prohibited under applicable law.
