HuntLine IQ Subscription Terms

Effective Date: July 25, 2026

1. Introduction

These Subscription Terms govern the purchase, renewal, cancellation, and use of paid subscriptions offered by HuntLine IQ.

These Subscription Terms supplement the HuntLine IQ Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict regarding subscription-related matters, these Subscription Terms control.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms.

2. Subscription Plans

HuntLine IQ may offer one or more subscription plans that provide access to premium features and services.

Subscription plans, pricing, included features, and subscription durations are described within the Platform or on HuntLineIQ.com at the time of purchase.

Features available under each subscription tier may change as HuntLine IQ evolves.

3. Billing

Subscription payments are generally charged in advance of the applicable subscription period.

Depending on how you purchase your subscription, payments may be processed through:

  • Apple App Store.
  • Google Play.
  • HuntLineIQ.com.
  • Other authorized payment providers.

Payment processing is subject to the policies and terms of the applicable payment provider.

4. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period until cancelled.

By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account for each renewal period unless you cancel before renewal.

Renewal timing and billing procedures are governed by the applicable payment provider.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically terminate access to subscription benefits already purchased for the current billing period.

Subscriptions purchased through:

  • Apple App Store should generally be cancelled through your Apple account settings.
  • Google Play should generally be cancelled through your Google Play account.
  • HuntLineIQ.com should generally be cancelled through your HuntLine IQ account or other methods made available by HuntLine IQ.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Applicable law.
  • The payment platform used.
  • The policies of the applicable payment provider.

For purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests are generally handled by the applicable app marketplace.

For purchases made directly through HuntLine IQ, refunds are governed by HuntLine IQ’s refund policy and applicable law.

7. Subscription Changes

HuntLine IQ may:

  • Add new subscription tiers.
  • Remove subscription tiers.
  • Modify included features.
  • Introduce promotional offers.
  • Change pricing for future subscription periods.

Where required by applicable law or payment provider policies, appropriate notice will be provided before material pricing changes become effective.

8. Promotional Offers & Free Trials

From time to time, HuntLine IQ may offer:

  • Free trials.
  • Introductory pricing.
  • Promotional discounts.
  • Limited-time subscription offers.

Eligibility requirements, duration, and terms for promotional offers will be disclosed at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers may not be combined and may be limited to one per eligible user or account.

9. Suspension & Termination

Subscription benefits may be suspended or terminated if:

  • Payment fails.
  • A charge is reversed or disputed.
  • The subscription expires.
  • Your account is suspended or terminated under the Terms of Service.
  • HuntLine IQ reasonably believes fraud or abuse has occurred.

Suspension of subscription benefits does not necessarily affect other legal rights or obligations under the Terms of Service.

10. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

Tax collection may vary depending on your location and the payment provider processing your purchase.

11. Changes to These Subscription Terms

HuntLine IQ may update these Subscription Terms as our subscription offerings evolve or as required by changes in law, payment provider requirements, or business operations.

Material changes will be communicated as appropriate before taking effect.
