HuntLine IQ Law Enforcement Request Policy

1. Purpose
HuntLine IQ is committed to protecting user privacy while complying with applicable laws and valid legal process.
This policy explains how HuntLine IQ responds to requests from law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and other entities seeking user information.
Our goal is to balance our legal obligations with our commitment to protecting the privacy of our users.
2. Our Philosophy
Privacy is a core feature of HuntLine IQ.
We do not voluntarily disclose user information to law enforcement or government agencies unless:
- Required by applicable law.
- Required by valid legal process.
- Necessary to address an emergency involving an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm where permitted by law.
- Otherwise authorized or required under applicable law.
Every request is evaluated individually.

- Platform Information.
- Technical records.
- Other information responsive to valid legal process.
Any disclosure will generally be limited to the information reasonably required by the applicable legal process.
5. Emergency Requests
Where permitted by applicable law, HuntLine IQ may respond to emergency requests involving an imminent threat of death or serious physical harm, even in the absence of standard legal process.
Emergency requests are evaluated carefully and on a case-by-case basis.

Notification may be delayed or withheld when:

Requests from authorities outside the United States will generally be evaluated under applicable law, relevant international legal processes, and any other legal requirements governing HuntLine IQ.
8. Transparency
Where appropriate, HuntLine IQ may publish periodic transparency reports summarizing:
- The number of requests received.
- The general types of requests.
- The categories of information requested.
- Other aggregate information that does not compromise investigations, user privacy, or legal obligations.
Publication of transparency reports remains at HuntLine IQ’s discretion.
9. Contact for Legal Requests
Legal requests should be submitted through the contact methods designated by HuntLine IQ.
HuntLine IQ may decline to respond to requests that are incomplete, improperly served, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable legal requirements.
