HuntLine IQ Intellectual Property Rights Policy

1. Purpose
Innovation is one of HuntLine IQ’s most valuable assets.
This Intellectual Property Rights Policy explains the ownership, protection, and permitted use of HuntLine IQ’s proprietary technology, software, content, brands, and intelligence systems.
This policy supplements the HuntLine IQ Terms of Service and applies to all users, partners, contractors, vendors, and others who access or interact with the Platform.
2. Our Intellectual Property Philosophy
HuntLine IQ was built through substantial investment in research, software development, product design, wildlife analytics, and privacy-focused engineering.
While users own the content they create, HuntLine IQ owns the technology, systems, and proprietary methods used to operate the Platform and produce its intelligence products.
Protecting these assets allows us to continue improving HuntLine IQ for the benefit of the hunting community.
3. HuntLine IQ Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, HuntLine IQ owns or licenses all rights, title, and interest in the Platform and its intellectual property, including but not limited to:
- Software and source code.
- Databases and database structure.
- Platform architecture.
- User interface and user experience designs.
- Graphics, icons, illustrations, and visual assets.
- Documentation.
- Proprietary workflows.
- Intelligence products.
- AI-assisted systems.
- Statistical models.
- Confidence frameworks.
- Viewing Band methodologies.
- Privacy protection methodologies.
- Anti-triangulation methodologies.
- Fraud detection systems.
- Intelligence publication methodologies.
- Hunt Forecast™.
- Movement Trends.
- Hunting Pressure.
- Rut Intelligence.
- Other current and future analytical products.
- Trademarks, logos, trade dress, slogans, and branding.
- Trade secrets.
- Other proprietary technologies and materials.
Some of these assets may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, contract, or other applicable laws.
4. User Content
Users retain ownership of the User Content they create and submit to HuntLine IQ, as described in the Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy transfers ownership of User Content to HuntLine IQ.
However, users grant HuntLine IQ the licenses necessary to operate the Platform and generate privacy-preserving intelligence products as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly authorized in writing by HuntLine IQ, you may not:
- Copy proprietary portions of the Platform.
- Reproduce proprietary intelligence products for commercial purposes.
- Reverse engineer proprietary systems except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Scrape or systematically collect Platform content or intelligence.
- Build competing products using HuntLine IQ’s proprietary methodologies.
- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Use HuntLine IQ trademarks or branding without authorization.
- Misrepresent HuntLine IQ content as your own.
- Circumvent technical protections or access controls.
- Use automated tools to extract proprietary information from the Platform.
These examples are illustrative and not exhaustive.
6. AI & Intelligence Systems
HuntLine IQ’s AI-assisted systems, analytical models, intelligence methodologies, scoring systems, confidence frameworks, privacy-preserving processes, and related technologies are proprietary.
Nothing in your use of the Platform grants ownership of, or rights to reproduce, these systems beyond the limited rights expressly granted in the Terms of Service.
7. Trademarks & Branding
“HuntLine IQ,” the HuntLine IQ logos, Hunt Forecast™, and other names, logos, product names, service names, slogans, and branding elements used by HuntLine IQ are trademarks or proprietary branding of HuntLine IQ or its licensors.
No license to use these marks is granted except as expressly permitted in writing.
8. Feedback
We welcome ideas and suggestions for improving HuntLine IQ.
If you voluntarily submit feedback, suggestions, feature requests, or similar ideas, you agree that HuntLine IQ may use them without obligation to compensate you, subject to applicable law.
9. Reporting Intellectual Property Concerns
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content or activity on HuntLine IQ, please contact us using the procedures described in our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.
10. Reservation of Rights
Except for the limited rights expressly granted to users under the Terms of Service, HuntLine IQ reserves all rights, title, and interests in and to its intellectual property.
No license or ownership interest is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
11. Policy Updates
HuntLine IQ may update this policy as our technology, products, and intellectual property portfolio evolve.
Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
