HuntLine IQ Community Standards

Welcome
HuntLine IQ exists to help hunters make better decisions through trustworthy intelligence, meaningful observations, and responsible participation.
These Community Standards are designed to protect our users, preserve the integrity of our intelligence, and maintain a respectful hunting community.
Every member contributes to the quality of HuntLine IQ.
Our goal is simple:
Build a community hunters trust.
1. Our Community Principles
Everything on HuntLine IQ is guided by four principles.
Protect Privacy
Respect where people hunt.
Never use HuntLine IQ to expose another person’s hunting locations, private property, stand locations, trail cameras, or personal hunting activity.
Build Trust
Submit honest information.
Vote honestly.
Share responsibly.
Trustworthy intelligence depends upon trustworthy participation.
Respect Others
Treat other hunters with respect, even when opinions differ.
Healthy discussion is encouraged.
Personal attacks are not.
Hunt Responsibly
HuntLine IQ supports lawful, ethical hunting.
Users remain responsible for following all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and landowner permissions.
2. What We Encourage
We encourage users to:
- Share honest observations.
- Help improve community intelligence.
- Report inaccurate information.
- Respect differing hunting styles and traditions.
- Celebrate lawful harvests.
- Help new hunters learn.
- Provide constructive feedback.
- Protect fellow hunters’ privacy.
The strongest communities are built through cooperation—not competition.
3. Content That Is Not Permitted
To protect our users and the integrity of the Platform, the following content or conduct is prohibited:
Privacy Violations
Including:
- Attempting to identify another user’s hunting locations.
- Sharing another person’s private hunting information without permission.
- Publishing another user’s personal information.
- Encouraging others to violate another user’s privacy.
Fraud & Manipulation
Including:
- False observations.
- Fabricated Hunting Logs.
- Misrepresented Harvest Records.
- Coordinated manipulation.
- Artificial voting.
- Fake accounts.
- Automated abuse.
- Attempts to manipulate intelligence products.
Harassment
Including:
- Personal attacks.
- Threats.
- Intimidation.
- Bullying.
- Hate speech.
- Repeated unwanted contact.
Illegal Activity
Including:
- Encouraging unlawful hunting.
- Promoting trespassing.
- Wildlife crimes.
- Fraud.
- Criminal activity.
- Other unlawful conduct.
Unsafe Content
Including:
- Instructions encouraging dangerous or reckless behavior.
- Content promoting intentional harm to people.
- Graphic or disturbing material unrelated to lawful hunting.
- Animal cruelty unrelated to lawful hunting.
Spam & Commercial Abuse
Including:
- Unsolicited advertising.
- Repetitive promotional content.
- Fraudulent giveaways.
- Scams.
- Malicious links.
- Unauthorized commercial solicitation.
Approved business partnerships and authorized advertising are permitted where specifically allowed by HuntLine IQ.
4. Hunting Content
HuntLine IQ recognizes that lawful hunting often includes photographs of harvested animals, field processing, wildlife management, and outdoor activities.
Such content is generally permitted when shared responsibly and in accordance with these Community Standards.
Context matters.
We encourage users to show respect for wildlife, other hunters, and the broader public when sharing hunting-related content.
5. Reporting Concerns
Users are encouraged to report content or behavior that appears to violate these Community Standards.
Reports help protect the quality of the community and the integrity of HuntLine IQ.
Submitting intentionally false reports may itself violate these Standards.
6. Enforcement
When we reasonably believe these Community Standards have been violated, HuntLine IQ may take appropriate action, including:
- Removing content.
- Reducing visibility.
- Requesting corrections.
- Issuing warnings.
- Restricting platform features.
- Excluding information from intelligence products.
- Suspending subscriptions.
- Suspending accounts.
- Permanently terminating accounts.
- Referring unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
Enforcement decisions are made after considering the nature, severity, frequency, intent, and impact of the conduct.
7. Appeals
Where appropriate, users may request review of significant moderation or enforcement decisions.
Not every action is eligible for appeal.
HuntLine IQ retains final discretion regarding enforcement decisions.
8. Continuous Improvement
As HuntLine IQ grows, these Community Standards may evolve to address:
- New platform features.
- Emerging abuse patterns.
- Changes in law.
- Safety considerations.
- Community feedback.
- Technological advancements.
Material updates will be communicated as appropriate.
9. Our Commitment
HuntLine IQ was not created to become the largest hunting platform.
It was created to become the most trusted.
Every moderation decision, every privacy safeguard, every intelligence product, and every Community Standard exists to support that mission.
