Child Safety Policy

HuntLine IQ Child Safety Policy

1. Purpose

HuntLine IQ is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe platform for all users.

This policy explains HuntLine IQ’s approach to preventing child exploitation, protecting minors, responding to reports involving child safety, and complying with applicable laws relating to child protection.

This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Community Standards, and Terms of Service.

2. Our Commitment

HuntLine IQ has zero tolerance for content or conduct involving:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Child sexual exploitation.
  • Child grooming.
  • Child trafficking.
  • Sexualization of minors.
  • Exploitation or abuse of children.
  • Any other unlawful activity involving minors.

Content or conduct involving these activities is prohibited regardless of intent.

3. Family Hunting Content

HuntLine IQ recognizes that lawful hunting often involves families and youth hunters.

Users may share photographs, videos, or stories involving minors when:

  • They have the legal right or appropriate permission to do so.
  • The content is lawful.
  • The content respects the dignity, privacy, and safety of the child.
  • The content complies with our Community Standards.

Family hunting memories are welcome. Exploitation is not.

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users who encounter content or behavior that may involve child exploitation, abuse, or other child safety concerns are encouraged to report it immediately through the reporting tools provided by HuntLine IQ or by contacting our support team.

Reports are reviewed as quickly as reasonably possible based on the information available.

5. Our Response

When HuntLine IQ reasonably believes content or conduct may involve child exploitation or other serious child safety concerns, we may:

  • Remove content.
  • Restrict visibility.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts.
  • Preserve relevant information where appropriate.
  • Report information to the appropriate authorities or organizations where required or permitted by applicable law.
  • Take any other action reasonably necessary to protect users and comply with legal obligations.

Our response will depend on the nature and severity of the reported conduct.

6. Cooperation with Authorities

HuntLine IQ may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, child protection organizations, or other authorized entities as required or permitted by applicable law.

Any disclosure of information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, Law Enforcement Request Policy, and applicable legal requirements.

7. User Responsibilities

Every user shares responsibility for maintaining a safe community.

Users should:

  • Report suspected child exploitation or abuse.
  • Avoid sharing content that unnecessarily identifies or endangers minors.
  • Respect the privacy of children and families.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and our Community Standards.

8. Continuous Improvement

Child safety is an ongoing responsibility.

HuntLine IQ will continue to review and improve its policies, moderation practices, reporting processes, and technical safeguards as technology, legal requirements, and industry standards evolve.
