Beta Testing Agreement

HuntLine IQ Beta Testing Terms

Effective Date: July 25, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to the HuntLine IQ Beta Program.

These Beta Testing Terms (“Beta Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the HuntLine IQ beta program (“Beta Program”).

The Beta Program allows selected users to test pre-release versions of HuntLine IQ and provide feedback before public launch.

By participating in the Beta Program, you agree to these Beta Terms, the HuntLine IQ Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Standards, and any other applicable HuntLine IQ policies.

If you do not agree to these Beta Terms, you should not participate in the Beta Program.

2. Purpose of the Beta Program

The purpose of the Beta Program is to:

  • Identify software bugs.
  • Improve platform stability.
  • Test new features.
  • Improve user experience.
  • Evaluate platform performance.
  • Improve intelligence products.
  • Gather user feedback.
  • Prepare HuntLine IQ for public release.

The Beta Program exists to improve the Platform—not to provide a finished product.

3. Beta Software

You acknowledge that the HuntLine IQ beta version is pre-release software.

As a result, the Platform may:

  • Contain bugs.
  • Operate unexpectedly.
  • Experience interruptions.
  • Produce inaccurate results.
  • Lose information.
  • Change without notice.
  • Include incomplete features.
  • Remove or modify features during testing.

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

4. Beta Intelligence

During the Beta Program, intelligence products—including Hunt Forecast™, Movement Trends, Hunting Pressure, Rut Intelligence, Viewing Bands, and other analytical features—are experimental.

These features are under active development and may change without notice.

Beta intelligence should not be relied upon as the sole basis for hunting, travel, property access, or other decisions.

5. Feedback

Your feedback is one of the most valuable parts of the Beta Program.

By submitting feedback, bug reports, feature suggestions, or other comments, you grant HuntLine IQ a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, incorporate, publish, and otherwise utilize that feedback without compensation or attribution, subject to applicable law.

Providing feedback does not transfer ownership of your User Content.

6. Confidentiality

Unless HuntLine IQ expressly states otherwise, beta features are confidential.

Participants agree not to publicly disclose, publish, distribute, livestream, or otherwise share:

  • Unreleased features.
  • Beta screenshots.
  • Beta videos.
  • Internal testing materials.
  • Proprietary functionality.
  • Other confidential beta information.

This restriction does not prohibit discussions specifically authorized by HuntLine IQ, including participation in designated beta testing communities.

7. Reporting Issues

Participants are encouraged to report:

  • Bugs.
  • Crashes.
  • Incorrect intelligence.
  • User interface issues.
  • Performance problems.
  • Security concerns.
  • Other unexpected behavior.

Reports help improve the Platform for all hunters.

8. Changes During Beta

Because the Platform is under development, HuntLine IQ may at any time:

  • Add features.
  • Remove features.
  • Modify functionality.
  • Reset data.
  • Restrict access.
  • Pause testing.
  • End the Beta Program.
  • Release updated beta versions.

These changes may occur without prior notice.

9. Termination of Beta Access

HuntLine IQ may suspend or terminate beta access at any time, with or without notice, including when reasonably necessary to:

  • Protect the Platform.
  • Protect confidential information.
  • Investigate abuse.
  • Enforce applicable policies.
  • Prepare for public launch.

Participation in the Beta Program does not guarantee future access to HuntLine IQ or any particular subscription, feature, or pricing.

10. No Compensation

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, participation in the Beta Program is voluntary.

Beta participants are not entitled to compensation for:

  • Testing.
  • Feedback.
  • Suggestions.
  • Bug reports.
  • Feature ideas.
  • Time spent participating.

11. Disclaimers

The Beta Program is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Beta software may not perform as intended and may experience interruptions, errors, inaccuracies, or data loss.

Participants should avoid relying on beta functionality for important decisions or maintaining their only copy of valuable information.

12. Relationship to Other Policies

These Beta Terms supplement, and do not replace, the HuntLine IQ:

  • Terms of Service.
  • Privacy Policy.
  • Community Standards.
  • AI & Content Moderation Policy.
  • Subscription Terms (where applicable).

If a conflict exists regarding beta participation, these Beta Terms control for matters specific to the Beta Program.
