HuntLine IQ AI & Content Moderation Policy

Artificial intelligence (“AI”) helps HuntLine IQ operate more efficiently, improve platform quality, protect community trust, and support meaningful hunting intelligence.
This policy explains how AI and moderation systems may be used throughout the Platform.
Our goal is to be transparent about the role AI plays while recognizing that AI is only one part of how HuntLine IQ operates.
2. Our Philosophy
AI is a tool—not the product.
HuntLine IQ exists to deliver trustworthy hunting intelligence while protecting user privacy and maintaining platform integrity.
AI helps us achieve those goals, but it does not replace responsible platform governance, thoughtful product design, or human judgment.

New AI-assisted features may be introduced as the Platform evolves.
4. Content Moderation
Content submitted to HuntLine IQ may be reviewed using one or more methods, including:
- Automated systems.
- AI-assisted analysis.
- User reports.
- Human review where appropriate.
- Internal integrity systems.
Different review methods may be used depending on the type of content, the nature of the issue, and the potential impact on users or the Platform.
5. Human Oversight
AI helps identify potential issues and improve consistency, but HuntLine IQ retains ultimate responsibility for moderation and platform operations.
Where appropriate, significant enforcement actions, account restrictions, appeals, or exceptional circumstances may receive additional human review.
Not every moderation decision will involve manual review.
6. Image Integrity
HuntLine IQ is committed to preserving the factual integrity of uploaded images.
AI-assisted processing may improve presentation, technical quality, or usability but is not intended to:
- Fabricate wildlife.
- Alter harvest outcomes.
- Create false observations.
- Misrepresent factual hunting activity.
Our goal is to preserve the authenticity of the hunting experiences users choose to document.
7. Platform Integrity
AI also helps protect HuntLine IQ by assisting in the detection of:
- Fraudulent activity.
- Coordinated manipulation.
- Spam.
- Duplicate submissions.
- Unauthorized automation.
- Platform abuse.
- Security threats.
- Other conduct that may undermine platform integrity.
AI is one of several tools used to help maintain a trusted hunting community.
8. AI Improvement
HuntLine IQ may improve its AI-assisted systems over time using information processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
These improvements are intended to make our own platform more accurate, reliable, secure, and useful.
We do not sell your uploaded images or private User Content to third parties for the purpose of training their independent AI models.
9. User Responsibilities
Users remain responsible for the content they submit.
You should not rely on AI to:
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Detect every policy violation.
- Guarantee moderation outcomes.
- Verify every observation.
Users should continue to submit accurate information and comply with our Community Standards.
10. Changes to This Policy
As AI technology and platform capabilities evolve, HuntLine IQ may update this policy to reflect new features, improved practices, legal requirements, or operational changes.
Material updates will be communicated as appropriate.
